Sometimes the most valuable thing you can give is your time.

Volunteer roles

We are building a network of volunteers throughout Tennessee.

Outdoor Mentors

Experienced outdoorsmen and outdoorswomen who can safely introduce young people to hunting, fishing, camping, and outdoor activities.

Youth Mentors

Adults interested in developing positive, consistent mentoring relationships.

Veterans & First Responders

Individuals interested in continuing their service through youth mentorship and outdoor programming.

Conservation Volunteers

Hunters, anglers, farmers, foresters, wildlife professionals, conservationists, and environmental educators.

Camp Volunteers

Food preparation, logistics, setup, cleanup, transportation coordination, maintenance, activities, and event support.

Professional Volunteers

Attorneys, accountants, grant writers, marketing professionals, photographers, videographers, mental-health professionals in appropriate advisory capacities, educators, HR professionals, technology specialists, and nonprofit professionals.

Event Volunteers

Community members willing to assist with fundraising events and special programs.

Youth safety comes first.

Roles involving direct interaction with minors will require appropriate screening, training, and background checks before participation.
